Program Description: This program offers up-to-date research and care guidelines supporting the mental health of newborn through adolescence.
Program Objectives:
- Explain the importance of healthcare providers using a holistic approach to support pregnant patients and enhance outcomes for both mother and baby.
- Explain the importance of mandated reporters filing a 3200 and the CPS process that follows.
- Identify one essential risk assessment criteria and one stabilization goal during acute psychiatric hospitalization.
- Describe the purpose of the Multi Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework employed in schools.
- Describe three effective tools for addressing an individual with thoughts of suicide.
