More Than Sad: Parent Education is an approximately 90-minute program that teaches parents how to recognize signs of depression and other mental health problems; initiate a conversation about mental health with their child; and get help. This program focuses on parents and guardians of teen youth.

Have you thought about becoming an AFSP presenter? We need your help in reaching all corners of our great state. Join us and learn how to present AFSP Programs in your community. All participants will walk away with the working knowledge needed to lead our signature prevention programs (Talk Saves Lives, More than Sad, It’s Real and Gizmo).
